Wallpaper Context

I decided i feel like my work is pushing more towards interior design, i researched into a number of artists whose style would be similar to mine. Both are surface pattern designers, this is an area i felt my previous work related to and hopefully my upcoming work.

Both have the concept of nature within their pieces, it has also given me an idea of how i could possibly lay my designs out. From researching most designers use a half drop repeat or block repeat design, which enables the design to repeat without having an breaks or anything to stop it from flowing together. This is something i need to take into consideration when i am at the design stages.
